HVEG Investments takes over Jomo Fashion from Bencis Capital

HVEG Investments BV, acting under the name HVEG Fashion Group takes over Jomo Fashion in Enschede. With this takeover, HVEG wants to continue its growth strategy and increase its capacity for serving its customers in the Netherlands as well as abroad. HVEG purchases the fashion company from Bencis Capital, which had it in its portfolio since 2007.

Jomo Fashion has a good profitability and is a fashion specialist company in the private label segment. Jomo has been developing successful private label collections for major European distributors and fashion chains for over 40 years. These include collections for babies, children, women, and men. Jomo Fashion is a market leader in the segment of baby and children collections.

After the takeover, Jomo Fashion will be further expanded as an independent company within the HVEG Group. This means that both Jomo Fashion and Fashion Linq will retain their own market approach.
Both fashion companies will be able to profit from each other’s know-how and expertise and grow into even stronger European fashion players.
